Order processing
Orders placed through this portal are processed and ship within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day. Every order leaves from the authorized 2026 production batch documented on the verification page.

Delivery estimates are typical transit times and can vary with carrier conditions. At this time Vigor Rise ships within the United States only.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on the order. If you have not received tracking within two business days, check your spam folder, then contact orders@vigor-rise.com with your order number and we will track it down.
Returns and the 60-day guarantee
Vigor Rise is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email support@vigor-rise.com or call +1 (336) 218-4072 within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We will reply with the return address (Vantegrove Fulfillment, 905 Gallimore Dairy Road, Greensboro, NC 27409) and instructions. Once we receive the return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the guarantee covers product price, not shipping. Full terms are on the refund policy page.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you. Do not use a bottle whose seal is broken or whose batch ID does not match the current batch.
