Refund policy
Effective June 2026
This policy explains how refunds work for Vigor Rise orders placed through vigor-rise.com. It works alongside the 60-day guarantee and the shipping and returns page.
1. The 60-day window
You may request a refund of the product price within 60 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. Requests made after the window closes may be reviewed case by case but are not guaranteed.
2. What qualifies
The guarantee applies to Vigor Rise purchased directly through this authorized portal, whether the bottles are opened or unopened. Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or marketplace listings are not covered, because we cannot verify their authenticity or origin.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@vigor-rise.com or call +1 (336) 218-4072 with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm eligibility and send the return address along with instructions, usually within one business day.
4. Returning your order
Ship any remaining bottles to the return address we provide. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service. The guarantee covers the product price; original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
5. Processing your refund
Once we receive your return, we process the refund to your original payment method, typically within three to five business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including any reshipment cost, at no charge to you.
